Whenn is a meeting availability and scheduling platform that allows users to create availability windows, invite participants, and coordinate meeting times. The Service may integrate with third-party calendar providers (e.g. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar) to read or write calendar data with your explicit consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@whenn.ai of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; (c) transmit malware or disruptive code; (d) scrape or systematically download Service content without permission.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of Whenn or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Whenn's branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Service may connect to third-party APIs (Google, Apple, Microsoft). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms of service. Whenn is not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whenn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whenn operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
