We use your information to: (a) operate and improve the Service; (b) send transactional emails (meeting invites, confirmations); (c) respond to your support requests; (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or another provider, Whenn requests read and/or write access solely to display your availability and create confirmed events. We store the minimum data required and you can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the respective provider's permissions page.
We share your data only with: (a) service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality obligations; (b) law enforcement when required by applicable law; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to users.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@whenn.ai.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We implement industry-standard measures (TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
